Biodynamic massage was developed with reference to the concept of body armoring- chronic patterns of tension stored within the physical body that develop in response to our childhood conditioning, limited self beliefs, physical and emotional traumas and difficulties throughout life. Biodynamic massage is a technique that helps to free energy blocks within our systems and can help to restore the nervous system to a state of relaxation and ease.
